REFUND POLICY

Essence Expeditions maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
All payments made to Essence Expeditions are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deposits
- Payment plans
- Paid-in-full bookings
- Group trip payments
- Planning fees
- Research or inquiry fees
- Change or cancellation fees
Once a payment is submitted, it is considered final.
Essence Expeditions does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Client cancellations
- Missed payments
- Failure to travel
- Denied boarding or entry
- Personal emergencies
- Schedule conflicts
- Changes in travel plans
All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators), each with their own cancellation and refund policies.
Any refunds, credits, or changes are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier and are not guaranteed by Essence Expeditions.
If a supplier issues a future travel credit instead of a refund, the traveler agrees to accept and comply with the supplier’s terms, including expiration dates and restrictions.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
By declining travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
